Dr. Roth is a native Californian and was born and raised in the Los Angeles area. Upon graduating from Agoura High School in 1976, Dr. Roth left for Israel where he studied at the Hebrew University in Jerusalem, lived on a kibbutz and served in the Israel Defense Forces. He met his wife in Israel and in 1984 he and his family returned to southern California.

Dr. Roth completed his undergraduate studies in Biology at California State University at Northridge in 1989 and completed his Doctor of Dental Surgery degree at UCLA in 1993. Upon completion of his dental degree he worked as an associate dentist at dental practices in the Los Angeles and Ventura County areas. He opened his family practice, Conejo Family Dental in Thousand Oaks in 1998 and has served the greater Conejo Valley community since that time.

Dr. Roth is committed to providing his patients with the most modern and up to date dental care available. To this end he attends a minimum of 100 hours of ongoing continuing dental education each year in order to stay abreast of the latest innovations and treatment modalities. He is also one of the first dentists in the Conejo Valley to incorporate advanced laser technology into his dental practice.

Dr. Roth volunteers on a regular basis for a number of organizations that provide much needed dental care for those less fortunate. He volunteers time for the Ventura County Dentist With a Heart program that provides children with basic preventive and restorative care. He is also an active member of the Flying Samaritans, a non-profit organization of physicians, dentists and allied health professionals that makes monthly trips to remote areas in Mexico to provide much needed free medical and dental care to the local populations.

Dr. Roth is an active member of the American Dental Association, the California Dental Association, the Santa Barbara/Ventura County Dental Society, the Academy of Laser Dentistry, the American Board of Family Dentistry and the Conejo Valley Dental Study Club.

He lives in Oak Park.
